Please note:

  • These courses are for women only

  • You can only attend one Women in the Workshop course

  • The Co Create team are not trained health professionals. We cannot offer mental or physical health support.

  • We are available to listen and talk during the sessions if you want to, but should we feel that further support is needed we will signpost you to other services for you to engage with if you wish.

  • Our aim is to create a safe and welcoming space on these courses, but you will never be forced to talk about anything you don’t want to.

Participants will be attending these courses either through one of our partner charities or via self-referral. To complete the self-referral process please fill out the form below.

After completing this form we will be in touch about confirming your place on an upcoming course. If there is no availability on the next course or you are unable to attend because of other commitments, you will be invited to join the following course.
